Went to Premier Pitstop to get my car repaired, as it had broken down on the roadside. I called ahead to Alan in the garage who was really accommodating. They took my car in straight away and Alan kept in touch with me during the whole repair process. He called to let me know that my clutch and flywheel had gone and said he would have it done as soon as possible. He called me the next morning and had my car finished. I collected my car and Alan had repaired a puncture in the front wheel that he had noticed while replacing the clutch, he didn’t charge me for this. The car was driving perfectly on the way home and couldn’t be happier with the service overall. Thanks so much, Alan.

Went back again today for the 80K service and change a pair of tires. Excellent service, amazing value for money and above all I got a discount without even asking. Alan is a good honest guy; he will tell you exactly what you need to know about your car and what needs to be done. The tires recommended are excellent. I highly recommend them for any car job.
